Shane Spiker

Shane Spiker

Shane T. Spiker is a BCBA-D in Ormond Beach, Florida. Shane received his MS of Psychology in 2012 and his second MS in applied Psychology in 2016. In May 2019, he graduated with his PhD in Clinical Psychology with a concentration on instructional design. He has been providing services in the field of ABA since 2010, with the majority of his experience with autistic learners and other disabilities. Shane specializes working with teens and adults with dangerous problem behavior, sexual behavior, and medically complex individuals in the home and community-based setting.

Erin Harlan

Erin Harlan

Erin is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and currently Project Manager at PBS Corp. She leads the development of scalable clinical tools, data systems, and technology-driven solutions to support behavior plan design, data collection, and improve outcomes across regions. She provides strategic clinical oversight to high level technology development and drives companywide standardization and innovation processes. Erin brings a strong foundation in special education as a Special Ed teacher serving students with ASD and diverse learning needs in Northern Virginia and Maryland. She received the First Class Services Award for excellence in teaching from Fairfax County Public Schools. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s degree from George Mason University. In addition to her clinical and technological skills, Erin has a background as a former professional figure skater and was a competitive ski racer and snowboarder.

Caro Aguila

Caro Aguila

Caro Aguila is a first-generation Cuban-American, originally from Miami, FL, and now based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. She earned her master's degree in Counseling with a concentration in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University in 2016. Currently, Caro serves as the Regional Coordinator for Positive Behavior Supports, Corp., overseeing operations in the District of Columbia and South Maryland regions.

Darren Bandy

Darren Bandy

Darren Bandy, BCBA, is the Clinical Training Manager at Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS). Darren earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2012 and a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas in 2016. In 2017, Darren joined PBS as a Behavior Analyst, then moved into the Regional Clinical Training Coordinator before most recently becoming the Clinical Training Manager. During his time, he has focused on developing tools & technologies to promote quality staff training to the RBTs, Student Analysts, and BCBAs within the regions he helped support. In addition, Darren also oversees the Learning Management System (LMS) that PBS uses to provide live and asynchronous trainings across the entire company.

Linda Meckler has worked in various settings throughout the state of Florida as a behavior analyst, first starting as a BCaBA in 2004 and then continued after finishing her master's degree in 2009 as a BCBA. Meredith Woods is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over 13 years of experience in applied behavior analysis. She serves as the Senior Analyst and Training Coordinator (SATC) for the Austin and San Antonio regions at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS), where she focuses on supporting clinical quality, mentoring clinicians, and helping teams deliver meaningful, individualized services. She also serves on the PBS Crisis Committee, where she helps develop ethical and effective approaches to complex behavioral situations.

Tabitha Anderson

Tabitha Anderson is a BCBA and behavioral health leader who began her professional journey in 2017 while finishing her first master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Through concurrent work as a mental health therapist and a RBT, she recognized the powerful impact of integrating behavioral and mental health perspectives. Rather than choosing one discipline, she intentionally combined both to create a more holistic, human-centered approach to care.

Kaylee King, MA, BCBA, LBA is the Regional Coordinator serving North Oregon region. With over nine years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Kaylee is passionate about advancing the science of behavior through a neuroaffirming lens. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Cognitive Science and Linguistics from UC Davis and earned her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, along with a graduate certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders, from Ball State University.

Dr. Shannon Hoey is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with a robust background in organizational behavior management and applied behavior analysis. Certified since 2019, she earned her M.Ed. in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University and her PhD in Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School, where her research focused on identifying effective training methods for behavior analysts and student analysts.
