Behaviour Analysis services are billed according to rates determined by funding sources (i.e., provincial health authorities) or your contract for private programming. The amount you are responsible to pay will be billed to you. If you are unclear of our rates or billing procedures, please ask for more information before starting services. A contract must be signed in advance before any services begin. PBS Canada will never call you requesting payment information over the phone or email requesting your payment information (such as your credit card number). All payments are securely made through the PBS Care Portal.
