Erin Harlan

Erin is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and currently Project Manager at PBS Corp. She leads the development of scalable clinical tools, data systems, and technology-driven solutions to support behavior plan design, data collection, and improve outcomes across regions. She provides strategic clinical oversight to high level technology development and drives companywide standardization and innovation processes. Erin brings a strong foundation in special education as a Special Ed teacher serving students with ASD and diverse learning needs in Northern Virginia and Maryland. She received the First-Class Services Award for excellence in teaching from Fairfax County Public Schools. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master's degree from George Mason University. In addition to her clinical and technological skills, Erin has a background as a former professional figure skater and was a competitive ski racer and snowboarder.
