Kayley Hepworth

Kayley Hepworth, BCBA, holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a certification in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She currently serves as a Regional Clinical Training Coordinator for PBS, providing clinical leadership, training, and supervision to support high-quality, compassionate ABA services.

With 10 years of experience in the ABA field since 2016, Kayley has worked across a wide range of settings and client populations, including early intervention through adult services. Her professional background also includes strong research experience in biotechnology, early intervention, and ASD.

Kayley specializes in proactive, evidence-based strategies with an emphasis on Functional Communication Training (FCT) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). She is deeply passionate about the dissemination of ABA best practices and advancing ethical, compassionate care, through effective supervision and clinical mentorship.

There is an ongoing discussion regarding the need for work life balance across many helping professions. Behavior analysis is no different, yet we find that there is a constant struggle with finding said balance. In this talk, Kayley Hepworth discusses how behavior analysts can actively plan and program for maintaining work life balance through operational definitions, measures, and interventions that support establishing boundaries and learning skills that foster behavior change in this domain.
