Dr. Mary White

Mary K. White, PhD, serves as the Business Development Manager at Positive Behavior Support Corporation, where she oversees the quality and implementation of more than 200 school-based ABA contracts across the United States and Canada. In this role, she ensures that districts receive high-impact, student-centered behavioral services grounded in best practices and measurable outcomes. Dr. White brings 36 years of distinguished service in the Martin County School District, where she served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction Her career reflects deep expertise in school improvement, instructional leadership, systems change, and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). She is widely respected for her ability to build strong leadership capacity, foster collaborative cultures, and drive sustainable academic and behavioral success. Passionate about empowering educators and administrators, Dr. White partners with school districts and organizations nationwide to provide strategic leadership support, organizational development, and performance coaching. Beyond her work in education, she is also a nationally recognized consultant, coach, and adjudicator in the marching and pageantry arts, bringing the same commitment to excellence, precision, and leadership to the performing arts community.
