Patrick O'Leary is the Clinical Excellence Manager at PBS Corp., where he leads the Student Analyst Program, builds and maintains university partnerships, supports regional and organizational training initiatives, and oversees incident reporting processes. With experience in process and systems-level change through Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), Patrick is committed to fostering continuous improvement within the organization. He is passionate about teaching and lifelong learning, always seeking opportunities to grow and share knowledge. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.

However, this does not seem to be the focus of our behavior analytic work, though there are some incredible benefits to quality leadership that are often overlooked.
