No refunds will be issued for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services after services have been rendered. If you have concerns regarding the quality or delivery of services, please contact your Regional Coordinator to discuss the matter so that we may address your concerns promptly.

Participants may cancel registration for trainings, workshops, or events hosted by Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (“PBS Corp”) at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled event date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within fourteen (14) calendar days of the scheduled training event may be eligible for a transfer to a future training date, when available, at no additional charge.

PBS Corp reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify training events due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, facility or power outages, presenter illness or emergency, or other unforeseen operational circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund of prepaid registration fees, or the option to transfer registration to a future training event.

PBS Corp is not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses, lodging costs, lost wages, or other incidental expenses associated with canceled or rescheduled events.
