RBT PDU: Supervision Committee Presents - A Panel on Current Supervision Topics for RBTs

The tiered model of behavior analytic work is upheld by the work RBTs do on a daily basis. However, the requirement of a supervisory relationship presents a unique fold in their daily work. In some instances, the supervisory relationship is strong and supportive, while in others, there may be some interpersonal conflicts. In this expert panel, the PBS Corp. Supervision Committee discusses some critical topics as it pertains to supervisory work and the relationship RBTs have with their supervisors. This panel will focus on bridging the gap between supervisors and supervisees through honest, candid discussions.
