Supervisory practices often include clear examples of task list practices and measurable outcomes toward the goal of becoming a proficient behavior analyst. While practical application is worthy of attention, the need for teaching leadership skills should also become an important supervisory element. The purpose of this talk is to focus primarily on what leadership skills include and how we, as supervising behavior analysts, can support growth in leadership repertoires.
