Humility is a large part of working in behavior analysis, and given that science never has a finish line, we are always gaining new experiences. However, hubris sometimes gets in the way, and that lack of humility creates significant problems in the behavior analytic world. In this panel, lead by Patrick O’Leary, a group of behavior analysts discuss some of the deficits in their skill sets to highlight that sometimes, behavior analysts don’t know it all.
