Online CEU: Constructional Approach Overview

This CEU was held live on 1/29/2024 and taught by Priscilla Miller, MS, BCBA. This event qualifies for 1 learning type CEU (general). This event outlines the constructional approach including its origins, its main features, and how it differs from a pathological approach. The four components of the constructional approach are discussed as well as how each component is applied in practice. An introduction to nonlinear thinking is also given and includes a description of signal detection theory and the benefits of analyzing complex behaviors by looking at all relevant contingencies, even for behaviors not engaged in.
