Team PBS offers a top-rated RBT training program led by BCBA and BCBA-D instructors. Available in-person (flat rate) or online/self-paced (per-person pricing), this course meets the 40-hour training requirement based on the RBT Task List and ranks among the Top 15 for pass rates in the nation by the BACB.

This hands-on training teaches school staff how to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Participants will learn to collect and analyze behavior data, identify behavior functions, and design evidence-based interventions using ethical, practical strategies aligned with student needs.

This practical training guides school staff through selecting, collecting, and analyzing behavior data to inform effective interventions. 04 Tools for Positive Behavior Change

04.01 Tools for Positive Behavior Change

This flexible training covers four key areas: creating positive environments, using reinforcement effectively, pivoting and redirecting behaviors, and setting clear expectations with contracts. Schools can choose the full program or select specific sections to meet their needs.

Participants will learn to identify coercive interactions and their impact on behavior, and apply reinforcement-based strategies like pivoting and redirection to promote desirable behaviors. 05 Foundational Behavior Training

This training introduces the ABC model and motivating operations to understand behavior. Participants will identify behavior functions and select effective replacement behaviors while implementing proactive, teaching, and reactive strategies to support positive change in classroom settings.
