Dr. Ginger Featherstone

Dr. Ginger Featherstone is a transformational leader with more than three decades of experience in educational leadership, organizational development, and strategic planning. A former Deputy Superintendent for Leadership & Learning and founding high school principal, she has led high-performing, A-rated schools and district systems.

Dr. Featherstone currently serves as Business Development Manager for Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.), where she leads strategic partnership development with school districts nationwide to expand high-quality ABA services in educational settings. In addition, she designs and delivers impactful, research-based professional learning experiences focused on strengthening leadership capacity, and organizational culture.

Known for her ability to connect vision to action, Dr. Featherstone specializes in developing cohesive teams and guiding leaders to achieve measurable, sustainable results. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership.
