Supervision takes on many forms, ranging from simple leadership and management through fieldwork supervision. At each level of supervision, there are unique complexities that present themselves, sometimes making supervision more complex than we originally believed. With the introduction of the Supervision Committee at PBS, Corp, we are aiming to explore some of these complexities through an open, honest discussion about supervision, supervision experiences, and practical solutions to supervisory related challenges.
