Payment Policy

Behavior Analysis services are billed according to rates determine by funding sources (i.e., insurance companies). A determined amount you may be responsible for (i.e. copay, coinsurance), will be billed to you. If you are unclear of your benefits, please confirm them with your insurance provider or PBS Regional Coordinator.

Private pay funded cases receive a contract for services with pay rates that are commensurate of provider credentials and sign this contract in advance before any services are rendered or billed.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided to participants in ABA therapy after services are rendered. If you are not satisfied with your ABA services please contact your regional coordinator to discuss the concern.

If you are registered for a training, you may cancel within 2 weeks of the event for full refund. Within 2 weeks of the training, you may request a full refund or move the training event to a different date when available at no charge.

We may refund your any prepaid training fees to you if there are circumstances beyond our control which cancel the training event such as: limited enrollment, inclement weather, power outages in the building, speaker cancellation due to illness.

The Website is accessed by you under the following terms and conditions:

Access to the Website and Services. PBS uses the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to conduct quality assessments and behavioral intervention plans. PBS is committed to producing outcomes that improve an individual’s skills and quality of life. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we may offer to provide certain content, products and/or services, as described more fully on the Website, and which in some instances are selected by you through the process provided on the Website (collectively, "Services"), solely for your own use, and not for the use or benefit of any third party. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time, including the availability of all or any of the individual components of the Services. We also may impose limits on certain Services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with accessing the Website and/or using the Services in compliance with this Agreement. Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal or unpermitted activity may be grounds for termination of your right to access the Website or the Services. You certify to us that if you are an individual (i.e., not a corporation or another entity), you are at least 13 years of age, and that, if you are under 18 years of age, you use the Website and/or Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. You also certify that you are legally permitted to access the Website and use the Services, and take full responsibility for accessing the Website and selecting and using any of the Services. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions. The website contains access to content related to behavioral health strategies. The content will include authors, credentials, any references or resources, and date(s) published or revised.

The website (www.teampbs.com) does not currently support synchronous or asynchronous interactions between users and healthcare professionals (e.g., providing health content via live chat). If a user is seeking healthcare advice, they may request services through clicking on the “Request ABA Therapy” link on the website. If a user has any specific questions regarding ABA services or healthcare advice or content, they may use the live chat.



Registration and Security. As a condition to using the Services, you may be required to register with the Website and select a password and user name (collectively, the "User ID"). You shall provide us with accurate, complete and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You may not: (a) select or use as a User ID the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; or (b) use as a User ID a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization. We reserve the right to refuse registration of, or cancel, a User ID in our sole discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

Privacy Policy. Any personally identifiable information in electronic communications to the Website, or in connection with your use of the Website, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is expressly made part of, and hereby incorporated into, this Agreement. You hereby acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Website Content and Restrictions on Use. The materials displayed or performed on the Website (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, interfaces, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, logos, audio clips and video clips, artwork and computer code, also known as the "Content") are protected by U.S. and international copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. You shall abide by all copyright notices, information and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Website and/or the Services. The Website is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international conventions and other copyright laws. The Content displayed or provided on the Website is either the property of, or used with permission of PBS. Any unauthorized use of any Content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. You also are advised that we will aggressively enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution. Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof, which may only be modified as set forth in this Agreement. The Website is controlled and operated by PBS Corp. We assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, worms, Trojan horses, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Website or your downloading of any Content from the Website. We make no representation that materials in the Website are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, shall not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may not assign or otherwise transfer by operation of law or otherwise this Agreement or any rights or obligations herein. We may assign this Agreement to any entity at our sole discretion. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns. No delay or failure to take action under this Agreement shall constitute any waiver by us of any provision of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, nothing in this Agreement waives or limits extra-contractual rights or remedies available to us to protect our rights or property, including, but not limited to, those available under U.S. copyright law, international treaties or copyright or intellectual property laws of the countries in which the Website or Services are used. Terms of Use and website will be reviewed at least annually by PBS.

Notification of Changes. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or otherwise update this Agreement at any time by posting a notice on the Website, or by sending you a notice via email. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such changes. Please check the Website frequently to see recent changes to this Agreement. Use of the Website or the Services by you following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as modified.

Users will receive messages relating to documents needing signature, availability, scheduling, case acceptance, telehealth appointment reminders, natural disaster contingency, pandemic/epidemic notifications, and other critical alerts. Message frequency varies per user.
  3. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 727872. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
  4. If at any time you have questions on using our service, just text “HELP” to 727872. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as contact our support.
  5. As always, Message and Data Rates May Apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the extent that we can delete your Information, once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Information, unless an exception applies.

To the extent that we may maintain inaccurate Personal Information, you have the right to request that we correct such inaccurate Personal Information taking into account the nature of the Personal Information and the purposes of the processing of the Personal Information.     • Right to Non-Discrimination. You have a right to not be discriminated against in the Services or quality of Services you receive from us for exercising your rights. We may not, and will not, treat you differently because of your data subject request activity.     • Right to Disclosure of Direct Marketers. You have a right to the categories and names/addresses of third parties that have received Personal Information for their direct marketing purposes upon simple request, and free of charge.

    You may make an authenticated consumer request exercising your Right to Know and Access Specific Information including Right to Know what Personal Information is being Sold or Shared or under the CCPA twice within a twelve (12) month period.   • Authorized Agent

    You may use an authorized agent to submit verifiable consumer requests on your behalf provided that the authorized agent is a natural person or a business entity that you have authorized to act on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we will require: (1) proof of written permission for the authorized agent to make requests on your behalf, and identity verification from you; or (2) proof of power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code sections 4000 to 4665. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proper verification proof.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request.

VIII. EXERCISING YOUR DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us via the methods described below. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Information, or an authorized representative; and
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

To help protect your privacy and maintain security, if you request access to or deletion of your Information, we will take steps and may require you to provide certain Information to verify your identity before granting you access to your Information or complying with your request. In addition, if you ask us to provide you with specific pieces of Information, we may require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose Information is the subject of the request. IX. GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION OF DATA STORAGE AND PROCESSING

Our Services collect Information and process and store that Information in databases located in the United States.
